I am very happy with my roof that was replaced by Ridgeline Roofing. From the initial consultation through the actual installation, Gabe,John and Sam were professional, knowledgeable and invested in my project. They answered every call,text and email. Their team of workers have been together for years and were excellent. I went with a product that they recommended and the roof and the detailed installation looks amazing. I was in a bind because my prior roofer in 2021 did not do the job correctly which resulted in leaks and his choice to cover the roof with silicone which was also done incorrectly. He ultimately abandoned the project. This is where Ridgeline stepped in and rescued me like angels from heaven. Gabe came and did a thorough and professional inspection and estimate. He spoke with me at length and took the time to answer all my questions. When Sam and crew rolled up I knew I was dealing with a class act - they brought their own porta potty! That wasn’t the only sign. From start to finish Sam communicated with me every step of the way and provided me the information and reassurance I needed to know that my project was not “just another job”. Sam never forgot a thing and was an A+ rated project coordinator. He took me up on the roof a number of times to show me what was being done and what had been done (or not) by the former roofer. He photographed the project at every step to support my own need for documentation regarding the case against my former roofer. He took every measure to make my roof water tight and brought in an electrician to correct some very risky wiring that had been previously neglected. They re-decked a significant portion of my flat roof to correct for rotting wood and aged materials which helped with overall strength and sloping. When the project was expanding in cost due to things that my prior roofer neglected, I was treated with mercy by Ridgeline. Every day after they were finished they left my home and yard so clean and without evidence that they had even been there. My final roof looks beautiful, clean, straight and water tight. I don’t expect to have any problems with leaks this time, and if I do, I know Ridgeline will stand behind their work and warranty. I can’t recommend this company enough. If you need a roof replacement don’t hesitate for one minute to go with Ridgeline. You won’t regret a thing!!

Ridgeline Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. Gabe and Samuel are straightforward, knowledgeable, and committed to doing roofing right. Their crew has decades of experience together and handled the eccentricities of a "river house" roof with ease. They did some repairs where needed and made everything look nice and professional. They were great about cleanup and taking care with plants, etc. I was referred to Ridgeline by a couple of contractors who were impressed with their attention to detail and doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Ridgeline has done several roofs for me. They are fair priced and the work is excellent! Sam, Gabe and supervisor Aristeo Garcia are Fantastic! All are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and the work is of high quality. All the staff are knowledgeable, considerate and polite.

I was told by several solar companies that I should get a new roof prior to getting panels because my roof was showing signs of wear. Sam at Ridgeline Roofing explained to me how to tell signs of wear and put my mind at ease. They also had worked with SCEIP FUNDS, where I had gotten my financing, which made the process smooth and easy.
